How to Sign Up
Web: https://admin.pushkinapp.com/signup Enter your company name, the location, timezone, and your business contact details. -or- Download and open "PushKin Mobile" from Apple or Google Play Stores - Enter your phone number - Enter the verification code sent to your phone - Select "Create Team" - Enter your team name, location (e.g. City), timezone, and your business contact details
Import Employees in Bulk
Web: https://admin.pushkinapp.com/settings/employee-import - Click on "Download CSV" - Open the spreadsheet to add records for your team members - Save then go back to the web and click "Browse" - Browse to file on your computer and select - Click "Preview Data" - If all looks good, click "Commit"4/ Enter your team name, the location, timezone, and your business contact details.
Add Employees Individually
Web: https://admin.pushkinapp.com/settings/employees - Click "Create Employee" - Enter First and Last Name - Enter Pin for tablet login - Enter Manager(s) - Provide Location and Audience ( for message targeting) - Save (they now have access to Tablets via Pin) For access to your PushKin Mobile App: - Via the admin portal click the "Send Invite" link under settings - Enter a phone number - Your team member will receive a text message with a team code
Join a Team (mobile)
Download and open "PushKin Mobile" from Apple or Google Play Stores - Enter your phone number - Verify your phone number (text message) - Select "Join Team" - Enter the team invitation code sent by management
Audiences & Locations
To create targeted messages and groups - email email@example.com with the names of your locations, and names of your audiences e.g. Front of House, Drivers, Warehouse, Bartenders, Kitchen.
